Shipping is free worldwide when the order exceeds 300 €/325 $. All the orders placed on www.coi-firenze.com are entrusted to the courier within 2 working days, with the exception of products to be sent to production, for which the shipment takes place within 10 working days, as communicated upon confirmation of the order.

We are able to deliver our products all over the world. Customs duty fees are due for shipments outside EU and are customer responsibility.

For the shipment of our jewels we use couriers specialized in the transport and safekeeping of valuables with qualified personnel and vehicles equipped with the most modern technologies and the highest safety standards. The shipment is insured and completely under the responsibility of COI Florence to the delivery.

The products are generally delivered within 2/3 working days from shipment within the EU, within 10 working days for orders outside the EU. The maximum deadline for delivery is 15 working days.
