All the orders placed on www.coi-firenze.com are entrusted to the courier within 2 working day after receiving full payment, with the exception of products to be sent to production, for which the shipment takes place within 10 working days, as communicated upon confirmation of the order. Our courier is specialized in transport and safekeeping of valuables and the shipment is insured and completely under the responsibility of COI Florence to the delivery.
We guarantee the right to return on all products within fourteen working days following delivery.
The costs of returning the products are borne by COI Florence if the customer follows the instructions provided on our Return Policy.
For orders outside EU Customs Duty fees are customer responsibility.
